Every roast is dialled in by hand on our 15-kilo drum roaster. Pick a profile and we'll grind it to suit your kit.
Light roast
Bright and floral, roasted just past first crack to keep the delicate fruit notes alive. Built for filter and pour-over.
Medium roast
Our everyday cup. Balanced sweetness, soft acidity and a rounded body that plays well black or with milk.
Dark roast
Slow and low for deep, syrupy chocolate and a lingering finish. The one your espresso machine has been waiting for.
Decaf
All the ritual, none of the buzz. Sugarcane-processed decaf that still tastes like proper coffee after dinner.
No shortcuts, no stale supermarket beans. Just a short, honest path from the farm to your french press.
We buy green coffee directly from growers and co-ops, paying well above market so quality is worth their while.
Every coffee gets its own roast curve on our drum roaster, cupped and adjusted until it sings.
Bags are filled, valved and posted within days of roasting, so freshness lands on your counter.
We trace every lot back to the farm. Here's where this season's beans are coming from.
Jasmine, bergamot, stone fruit
Red apple, caramel, cocoa
Toffee, orange, walnut
Cedar, dark chocolate, herbs
Tell us how you brew and how often you drink it. We'll pick the right beans, roast them to order and post them so they arrive right on time.
The medium roast ruined every other coffee for me. I cannot go back to the supermarket stuff.
Arrives days after roasting and you can taste it. The origin cards are a lovely touch.
Took the roastery tour for my birthday. Now I tell everyone. Best morning out in town.
Find us on the corner of Mill Lane, where the smell of roasting beans hits you a block away. Grab a cup, watch a roast and take a bag home warm.
